Resveratrol Fights Colon Cancer Proliferation in Humans

A study of 20 adult colon cancer patients revealed that resveratrol may be an effective weapon against colon cancer. Specifically, the study found that an oral dose of as little 500 mg. per day, given 8 days before surgery, was effective in reducing cancer cell proliferation.
Editor's Note: this is another human study that indicates resveratrol's anticancer effects AND that these effect may be achieved at doses far less than previously reported.
