My wife is taking Nemanda for memory and mood change.

I would speak with your wife's physician about taking resveratrol.
Based on current research, it looks like resveratrol might help fight Alzheimer's disease - but of course, resveratrol interactions with certain drugs are unknown. Good luck with your wife's treatment.
